NPL 2026 schedule: all Season 3 fixtures, dates and match times
Season 3 runs from 26 October to 21 November at Kirtipur: 28 league matches, four playoffs, and a rematch of last year's final on opening night.
The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has confirmed the fixtures for the third Nepal Premier League. The season runs from 26 October to 21 November 2026, with every match at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur.
The format
Eight teams play each other once in a round-robin league of 28 matches, which ends on 15 November. The top four go through to the playoffs:
Qualifier 1 on 17 November, between the teams finishing first and second. The winner goes straight to the final.
The Eliminator on 18 November, between the third- and fourth-placed teams. The loser is out.
Qualifier 2 on 19 November, between the loser of Qualifier 1 and the winner of the Eliminator.
The final on Saturday 21 November.
Match times
On days with one match, play starts at 4:30 PM Nepal time. On double-header days, the first match starts at 12:30 PM and the second at 4:30 PM. All four playoff matches start at 4:30 PM, with a rest day on 20 November before the final.
The season sits between Dashain and Tihar this year rather than in December as in the first two editions, with only a short pause around the main Tihar days.
